Cancellation & Refunds Policy
OneVOne Football Training Centre LLP has a strict non-refundable and non-transferable policy for services that are registered and not used as scheduled. Exceptions to this policy are listed below.
Refunds will be issued for programs on the basis of the following:
Moving out of the service area
Medical conditions or injury
Duplicate payment made by the customer
Note: Duplicate payments will be processed within 15 days after the customer has provided intimation.
Refunds or Credit Coupons will NOT be issued for programs due to the following:
Weather cancellations
Dissatisfaction with the services
Holidays & other recreation
Traffic
School events
Family get-togethers
Extracurricular activities
Team request not honored
Scheduling conflicts
Public Holidays / Festivals on training days
Prorated fees for missed practices or training sessions
Refund Terms
If a student/participant is medically unable to participate in the sport they registered for, a note from a doctor on their letterhead is required.
If a refund is requested due to medical reasons prior to the start of the session, the student/participant will receive a full refund minus a ₹2500 administration fee.
Upon the commencement of the sessions, all fees paid become non-refundable. Should the student choose to terminate their enrolment after the start date, no refund will be issued. Alternatively, the student may elect to freeze their account. To resume the remaining sessions at a later date, the student must pay a one-time, non-refundable re-joining fee of ₹5,000.
If a parent can provide proof that the student/participant is moving from the service area, no refund will be issued.
In the event of an unexpected scheduling conflict, a refund will not be issued. Instead, you may receive a credit coupon for up to 4 sessions, which is applicable for the following renewal term. If the credit is not used within 6 months of receiving it, it will expire and will no longer be valid. This credit is also non-transferable.
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, a written email must be sent to contact.ovo@onevonefootball.com. The email should include a detailed explanation for the request, along with your bank details. After the request has been received, our board will review it and make a decision to move forward.
All approved refunds will be processed and transferred to a registered bank account within 15 days from the date of application and approval.
OneVOne Football Training Centre LLP reserves the right to waive this Refund Policy at its sole discretion at any time. This waiver is generally in response to extenuating or highly unusual circumstances, and the Executive Board is not obligated to waive this policy.
